Cricket Betting Markets
5bdtk offers a wide range of markets for cricket betting. A brief explanation of each market is given below.
| Market | Example |
|---|---|
| Match Winner | Bangladesh vs India — which team will win? |
| Toss Winner | Bet on the toss result before the match begins. |
| Top Batsman | Which player will score the most runs in the innings? |
| Total Runs Over/Under | More or fewer than 150 runs in the first innings? |
| Runs in an Over | 8 or more runs in a specific over? |
| Method of Dismissal | How will the next wicket fall — bowled, caught, or run out? |
| Player of the Match | Which player will be named Man of the Match? |
Live In-Play Betting: Odds shift instantly when a wicket falls or runs come quickly. New markets can open after every over and partnership — take opportunities carefully.
Football Betting — Big Leagues, Big Excitement
Football fans in Bangladesh follow the English Premier League, Spain's La Liga, Europe's Champions League, and the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers most closely. 5bdtk offers a variety of betting options on matches across these tournaments.
1X2 Match Betting
Will the home team win (1), will it be a draw (X), or will the away team win (2) — the most common and popular market.
Double Chance
Cover two outcomes at once — such as a home win or a draw. The risk is somewhat lower.
Over/Under Goals
Predict whether the total number of goals in the match will be above or below a set line.
Asian Handicap
The gap between the two teams is balanced out to even up the market. The weaker team is given a goal advantage.
Many big Champions League and Premier League matches kick off between 1 AM and 3 AM Bangladesh time. Live betting on 5bdtk via a mobile browser is easy even late at night.
How to Read Odds
Decimal Odds
This is the simplest format. Multiply your stake by the odds to get your total return.
Example: ৳500 × 1.80 = ৳900 returned (৳400 profit).
Implied Probability
Odds tell you the probability of winning. 1 ÷ Odds × 100 = Implied probability.
Odds of 1.80 means 1 ÷ 1.80 × 100 ≈ 56% chance of winning.
Fractional & American Formats
Fractional odds (e.g. 4/5) are mainly used in the British market. American odds (+180 or -120) are known as the money line.
4/5 ≈ 1.80 decimal; +100 American ≈ 2.00 decimal.
RTP and House Edge Explained
What is RTP?
RTP, or Return to Player, is a theoretical percentage showing how much of all money wagered on a game is returned to players over the long run. For example, 96% RTP means an average of ৳96 is returned for every ৳100 wagered — but this is an average across millions of rounds, not a guarantee for any single session.
RTP Range by Game Type
Slot games typically have an RTP of 92%–98%. With correct strategy, Blackjack can reach close to 99% RTP. European Roulette generally sits at 94%–97% RTP. These ranges vary by game.
What is House Edge?
House edge is what remains when RTP is subtracted from 100%. It is the casino's long-term mathematical advantage. The lower the house edge on a game, the better the chance a player's funds will last longer.
Why Does It Matter?
Understanding RTP and house edge helps you make informed decisions. Which game lets you play longer, and which game is better to choose when completing bonus wagering — the RTP gives you a good starting point for answering these questions.
Fishing & Arcade Games
Fishing games are a distinct genre in the casino world. The experience of catching fish with a cannon is something entirely different.
Cannon Level & Cost
Each shot costs a set amount to wager. Increasing the cannon's power raises the cost per shot but gives a better chance of catching big fish. It is wise to start at a low level to understand the game first.
Fish Multipliers
Catching small fish gives smaller rewards, while rare or large fish carry much higher multipliers. Taking down a boss fish that roams the sea gives the maximum reward.
Boss Fish Strategy
Boss fish give the biggest rewards but require many shots to defeat. Playing in team mode lets multiple players target the boss fish together, with the reward shared among them.
Managing Shot Costs
Keep track of the cost per shot. Using a high-powered cannon on small fish leads to losses. Set a budget before you play and never spend beyond a set limit.
